Sharp pain in groin: Go get this checked out. Your autoimmune disease (RA) and medications mean that you are at risk for more unusual things than the general population. Maybe it's a simple hernia or a pulled muscle. But there are many other possibilities, like venous blood clot. Call your doctor. If S/he can't see you, go to the ER.
