Probably none: Another old wives/folk tale that it can help cure everything, prevent cancer, promote a longer or healthier life. About only thing proven is that an ounce of apple cider t night can very slightly reduce blood sugar levels by a few %, possible useful for some biabetics. Only documented scientific study to show  it helps anything. Active ingredient is Acetic Acid which helps nothing else.

Yes, in moderation: Vinegar, including apple cider vinegar, lowers post-prandial glycemia by 20%. This appears to be due to vinegars effect of slowing gastric emptying. Just 2 teaspoons before meals is the effective dose. **Avoid vinegar pills as they have been associated with esophageal injury....their pH and contents are not standardized. Avoid large dose of apple cider vinegar as  it can cause hypokalemia.

Neither one: Drinking vinegar is just a way to drink acid. Assuming moderate amounts and normal kidneys, drinking vinegar will make absolutely no difference in health, good or bad. If you enjoy it, feel free. But you could get nearly the same acid intake with lemonade, which most people would find a lot more tasty! (But beware of the sugar load....)

Osteoporosis: No those items are not bad for your bones.
You are still young to have osteoporosis. If you have it, are you being treated for osteoporosis?  I don't see any osteoporosis meds on your medication list!

Externally (50/50 dilution with water)-for toninghair and skin.Pickled foods are very good for healthy digestive tract-provide healthy flora, trigger the secretion of digestive juices, provide minerals, 
plenty vitami.

Okay except: Everything should be okay except the vinegar. The vinegar has a lot of acid in it and it would be irritating to the stomach. Best to avoid that. Everything else should be okay.

Usually it's diluted: in a glass of water and not taken straight if a person has stomach issues, as it is acidic in nature. You may want to discuss this with your doctor to see if you can benefit from this or not. It's not for everyone, and if you are taking medications, you definitely should run it past your doctor first to make sure it's for you.
