Find cause of Anemia: It is not a good idea to blindly treat anemia with vitamins.You should find a good doctor who can evaluate the cause of your anemia first and then treat the cause with  the  appropriate medication.

Should be fine: B-vitamin supplements or multi-vitamin supplements should not interact with birth control pills. The effectiveness of the birth control pills does not decrease just because a person is taking typical over-the-counter vitamin supplements.

B12 and vit.D def.: The two could not be related, meaning that not enough sun could be the cause of your vit d problem and the B12 can be from an unknown cause. It is true that they could be related but i doubt. If your blood count is good(cbc) and you feel well then i doubt you have a problem.

No: There is more than one way for homocysteine level to be elevated. Homocysteine levels can be measured directly and you should talk to your doctor if testing is warranted. In any case, folic acid is more effective in reducing homocysteine levels.

Likely to be low: There's one disease in particular that's quite common and several others somewhat less common in which vitamin B12 can't be absorbed. These illnesses are subtle, and these people are likely to get sick without knowing it. By contrast, someone with some other vitamin deficiency is either seriously sick already or is on a bizarre diet, so there's no need to screen healthy-looking folks.

No benefit: I don't see any benefit to this type of treatment. As long as you get the necessary amount of B12 injection to replenish any deficiency you will have the proper amount of b12.

Ask your doctor.: There is no good evidence that vitamin B 12 will help amyloidosis. However, if you have vitamin B 12 deficiency, it may be a good idea. You should not start any new medicine or supplement yourself while you are on chemotherapy and steroids. However, you might want to ask your physician if it would be OK to take it or whether he can check your vitamin B 12 levels. Good luck.
