Ask your doctor.: There is no good evidence that vitamin B 12 will help amyloidosis. However, if you have vitamin B 12 deficiency, it may be a good idea. You should not start any new medicine or supplement yourself while you are on chemotherapy and steroids. However, you might want to ask your physician if it would be OK to take it or whether he can check your vitamin B 12 levels. Good luck.

Amylodosis: B12 will help if you have an anemia that is caused by B12 deficiency. Some people with chronic fatigue are helped by B12 as well. Talk to your doctors.
