i ate 6 hours before my blood test for glucose, co2 and other things. i didnt know i had to fast, did this affect the numbers? my glucose is too low, my co2 is 21 and some things were hemolyzed. should i re take?

: Six hours of fasting is enough. CO2 result does not change with fasting or not but test error can result a low CO2 and the most often cause is too much time lapse between specimen taken and testing. There is no need for a redrawn specimen if the results are not much outside the norms which can affect the management.

: How low? All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, if you do 20 tests on a normal person, one of those results will read abnormal. If you do not have any symptoms, you may ignore it. Depend on the big...: The big picture... lab results have little meaning unless a doctor sees the whole picture of what's going on with his patient. If a patient's result is out of range, the ordering doctor may or may not consider the result a problem, depending on the patient's previous results, her symptoms, and her medications, etc... A repeat test may tell whether or not there is a problem, and if yes, a reason.

No: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, there is nothing to be concerned about the value you reported.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

just had co2 laser on part of back. how should i shower? when can i shower normally? do i have to cover the area when i shower?

Best to ask your M.D: Usually i let the patient shower using cetaphil soap ( very gentle) the next day after c02 laser. They then apply an ointment (aquaphor) to cover the area. They wash their face every 3 hours and reapply the ointment however,  I have never performed laser treatment on the back region so you must ask your doctor.

No: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, low CO2 is likely due to you hyperventilating at the time of blood collection. There is no need to repeat the test.

See details: Those values mean absolutely nothing by themselves except for the fact that most are normal. Rheumatologic diagnosis, especially RA, depends on the presence of an inflammatory arthritis, not just aches and pains. Lab studies confirm the clinical diagnosis, they do not make the diagnosis by themselves.
