Congrats!!: Sounds like you've got a wonderful healthy boy with a big brain who's not fat.  
Please talk to the boys pediatrician about your concerns.  Chances are he will grow into his head, but get him examined for peace of mind and also to make sure he's ok.

Bobble head??: Not sure I know what you mean. However, it is important to keep in mind that spot fat loss does
not occur naturally. By losing weight in general some will probably be abdominal fat. But, we don't get to choose what area of body fat is lost from. Eat healthy &amp; be physically active.

i've had 2 sinus surgries & it hrts my head to exercise due to  rate elevating. how can i lose weight? clean eating just isn't enough to lose 20 lbs

You can burn: calories going on a gentle hike or walk. Any physical activity can help burn calories if you can not tolerate significant physical exertion at this time. Take care.

i'm a 45 year old woman, in good health. over the past month or so, i've been losing a lot more hair than normal - equally from all areas of my head. i am definitely under chronic stress from all the changes that are still going on, working from home with 2 small kids, etc. could this be due to stress or should i be worried?

Do not worry: Stress could cause hair loss, however your anxiety about hair loss is not helping. Nutrition may also be helpful in reducing hair loss both the food you eat and topical application for your hair. Regardless the hair loss is reversible so do not worry.

The patient must be motivated, their Dr must rule out other medical causes for weight gain and prescribe wt loss meds, a Therapist may help with tools to redirect the overeating and compulsions, and a physical trainer may help keep the pt on the right track with appropriate exercise. Frequent check ins can help to maintain the momentum

Depends: By definition, at least 3% of the normal population will grow along the smallest portion of the regular growth scales. Consistent growth along that or any percentile is not necessarily a failure to thrive. However;infants starting at the 25% & moving down to the 10% months later & heading toward the 5% in such measurements would be considered ftt because if the drop in growth rate.

Hypoglycemia: It may be that you are experiencing episodes of hypoglycemia. This could have many different causes. Best thing to do is see your doctor.
