Congrats!!: Sounds like you've got a wonderful healthy boy with a big brain who's not fat. Please talk to the boys pediatrician about your concerns. Chances are he will grow into his head, but get him examined for peace of mind and also to make sure he's ok.

Confusing info: His weight (27 lbs) is at 25th percentile. If his height is at 3rd percentile and head circumference at 50 th, his head is not big at all! consult his pediatrician for further clarification.
