BMI 20 - 28: B"sd Ideal weight conventionaly assigned based on BMI.  There is more too it depending on your body shape and body composition.  Most important is your general health and things like menstrual cycle.  If not done, in addition to dietician, evaluation by an endcrinologist or other physicain as appropriate should be done. Exercise: Drink plenty of fluids/ water, avoid sugary stuff. Cut down on sweets , starches. More proteins,  veges and fibers . Need to be regulated with bowel habits too. You can accumulate 5 pounds of weight not having bowels for just a day! need plenty of sleep , too- eight hours is very important.Reach your goal and be motivated !

Weight Gain: Maintain a plant based diet similar to the mediterranean diet, supplement with a protein drink with at least 15 grams of protein and begin an exercise program which involved aerobic exercise and weight training at least three times a week. Make sure to do no more than 6 to 8 repetitions, work to fatigue each muscle group and don't wait much between sets. My best.
