i recovered from bells palsy in a month after it set in march this year , i have pain in my neck and little fever and i constantly feel like bells palsy is gonna recur. is it possible for neck pain and pain in lower back of head to be warning sign ?

: Recurrent episodes of Bell's palsy are rather unusual unless you possess an underlying systemic disease (such as sarcoidosis).  Neck and back pain are not symptoms that predict facial paralysis.  Your recovery within a month is typical. You might consider counseling to help quell your anxiety.

i have blood shot eye after as fall hitting the back of head?

Can you see normally: Trauma to the head can cause some bleeding at the eye even if the eye is not actually hit.  if you can see normally, the blood shot appearance can clear on it's own.

can a concussion, by hitting the back of head, lead to blood deposit in cerebellum and/or pons area of brain? how serious is this? would the body and brain recover from this?

Concussion: Concussion indicates  trauma to the brain. The issue is how severe. If  pons i cerebellum would be noticeable on CT/ MRI. Acutely with pons - usually loss of consciousness and paresis/ paralysis  if 1 side the symptoms  less severe. Cerebellum -incoordination/ possible unconsciousness.  If severe  high mortality but people can recover  This is serious go to ER. Discuss with neurology.

Did you lose: Consciousness ? Have memory lapse? Any dizzy spell? It is advisable to see your doc and have evaluated .

Unlikely : Although this may have frightened you I doubt it did much to baby. The back of the heat is thick &amp; more tolerant to trauma in general than most of the body. The lack of personality change/cry is also good evidence that it did not bother the kid. I wouldn't devote any  more worry to this at all.

Thick skull: In general, the backside of the skull is quite thick at any age. That thickness protects it from minor trauma. The brain inside is still at risk of injury when the skull remains intact, if the trauma suffered is enough to rattle up the contents.

see doctor: Any forcible impact to the head, requires physician evaluation to rule out subdural hematoma , which can be delayed in onset, but catastrophic in outcome. Concussive symptoms also need physician evaluation, so please get checked asap.

Yes: No loss of consciousness, no sustained irritability or progressive change such as lethargy are signs that he will be OK. If he becomes suddenly tired or lethargic- consult with your physician.

Headaches: Sorry to hear you are having a hard time.  Headaches can be very disruptive.   This sounds like something that you should see a doctor about.  Some problems in the upper spine can cause headaches.  Wondering if this is why it is worse when you lie down.  Workup for this will likely include some kind of imaging studies of your brain and your neck.  Again, contact your doctor to figure this out.

Head injury: This was a significant head injury and leads to posttraumatic symptoms that you describe. Such symptoms may last days to weeks. Consult your physician if you experience increasing and severe headaches,vomiting,drowsiness,worsening dizziness,and visual disturbance or if your current symptoms show no improvement even though you did not lose consciousness when you fell.
