Unlikely : Although this may have frightened you I doubt it did much to baby. The back of the heat is thick & more tolerant to trauma in general than most of the body. The lack of personality change/cry is also good evidence that it did not bother the kid. I wouldn't devote any more worry to this at all.

Probably not: but in addition to the other answer here, you should watch for vomiting, lethargy, or other different behavior for him over the next few days and if he has those, please have him seen by his doctor or the emergency room.
