Can a concussion, by hitting the back of head, lead to blood deposit in cerebellum and/or pons area of brain? how serious is this? would the body and brain recover from this?

Concussion: Concussion indicates trauma to the brain. The issue is how severe. If pons i cerebellum would be noticeable on CT/ MRI. Acutely with pons - usually loss of consciousness and paresis/ paralysis if 1 side the symptoms less severe. Cerebellum -incoordination/ possible unconsciousness. If severe high mortality but people can recover This is serious go to ER. Discuss with neurology.
