Neurologist: A diagnosis of your headaches has to be made. A neurologist is best to perform the evaluation and arrange for appropriate testing. Although tension headaches may be the problem, I feel that other causes have to be checked for. If they turn out to be muscle contraction tension headaches, stress management therapy should be helpful.

More info: first question is how long have you been experiencing throat pain every night?  is this days, weeks, months?  it's possible you have an infection -- both viruses and bacteria  can cause sore throats, and even allergies can cause drainage and discomfort.   are you having other symptoms?  Fever, cough?   regardless, important to stay hydrated and if the air is dry make sure no extra fans.

Freezer door open?: If you are otherwise healthy and active, then you are the lower end of the "bell curve" that makes up the spectrum of "normal" temperature. Not everyone is 98.6f some run hot, others cold. If, on the other hand, you have low energy, hair consistency changes or loss, increased sleep, weight gain, muscle aches, then might need thyroid checked & should see your dr.

Depends: Can be many causes. The first, least expensive and safest thing is to get a get 15 min aerobic exercise of some type, every day for 2 weeks, see if improves.  It is often nervous energy or mild muscle cramp. If it doesn't improve may want to get checked out.
