I have a constantly low temperature on waking & throughout the day. 35.9 c / 96.6 f on waking & 36.2 c / 97.1 f during the day. what could cause this?

Freezer door open?: If you are otherwise healthy and active, then you are the lower end of the "bell curve" that makes up the spectrum of "normal" temperature. Not everyone is 98.6f some run hot, others cold. If, on the other hand, you have low energy, hair consistency changes or loss, increased sleep, weight gain, muscle aches, then might need thyroid checked & should see your dr.
