type 2 insulin...why do i wake constantly through the night and hsve to eat which makes levels high during the day...i am on insulin.

Wrong dose: You're on the wrong dose or wrong type of insulin. You should never use food to treat insulin, use Insulin to treat food and diabetes. Check w/your doctor or see an endocrinologist.
