No: Unsure what you mean by "weak blood vessels" but I will assume you have had bloody noses with minimal or no trauma.  There are vascular complexes in the nasal septum that are subject to easy injury, especially if the weather is dry or you have allergies.  Make sure your environment is humidified and that your blood pressure is OK.  Some bleeding disorders (and meds like aspirin) can worsen it.

Vit B-12: People frequently feel flushing, usually of face, sometimes to the point that they are unable to take it. The feet swelling would suggest something else going on.

: A very difficult blood draw can cause spurious results of the cbc as well as with some other blood tests. I recommend a repeat blood draw in which the specimen is adequate.

No: No Vitamin deficiency does not cause muscle or tendon tenderness after blood test. It is not uncommon to have pain and soreness around the site of blood draw. In rare instances you can get more extensive pain and swelling. Usually icing the area and pain meds or anti-inflammatories are sufficient to treat it.
