Vitamin "P": The blood vessel vitamin is called vitamin "p". Flavinoids and bioflavinoids contain this. Actually vit p is rarely used today but was prominent in the 1950's. Disomin, escin, many types of berries and even grapeseed extract have all been purported to aid in vein health.
