No: Unsure what you mean by "weak blood vessels" but I will assume you have had bloody noses with minimal or no trauma. There are vascular complexes in the nasal septum that are subject to easy injury, especially if the weather is dry or you have allergies. Make sure your environment is humidified and that your blood pressure is OK. Some bleeding disorders (and meds like aspirin) can worsen it.
