Not a problem: I presume that this is because you are ingesting a large amount of b6, probably through supplements but perhaps via diet. B6 is not hazardous unless you take large amounts for a long time, generally 250 mg/day or more, or it may cause neuropathy. High levels just mean you have more than most people but is not dangerous.

I don't believe: there are any vitamins or supplements that will reliability and repeatedly increase the likelihood of orgasm. I believe there are individual/anecdotal reports of this, but nothing that has been tested and found to have an association beyond chance alone. There is some data that suggests vitamin B6 can counteract elevated prolactin: this may have an effect on libido/interest in sex. Stay well:)

Usually you need &gt; 1000 mg /day  to develop toxicity.

Sensory neuropathy develops at doses &gt; 1,000 mg per day. There have been a few cases at doses &lt; 500 mg daily over a period of months. No  toxicity was noted at  &lt; 200 . To prevent damage the Food Food and Nutrition Board of the Institute of Medicine set the upper limit for adults at 100 mg

Proven as supplement: A study showed taking 250 mg of b6 increased vividness of dreams. Lower doses might help as well. 250 mg/day can cause neuropathy in some so you shouldn't take that dose for more than a week or 2, but 100 mg/day is safe ; may well help. Probably not: I am not sure vitamin b6 will do much to promote or delay ovulation. The definition of infertility is > than one year of unprotected intercourse. Give it a few more months and if not successful, you may consider seeing your gyn or an infertility specialist. Good luck.
