Anxiety shows itself: In may ways.  Once can mentally obsess over things that frighten the person or do behaviors to keep danger away, e.g., ritual behaviors, checking and re-checking.  Physically there can be heart palpitations, shortness of breath, sweating, sleeplessness, etc.  Please go to a mental health professional for support if you think you have an anxiety disorder.  Please see your doc to rule out medical.

Not much: All gross peripheral vision tests like you describe can find large defects but cannot detect small ones.  The red detection might be slightly more sensitive than the other.

If there is a question, a formal visual field test with a machine should be performed.

Some people employ wrist splints..  Sounds like carpal tunnel syndrome which may respond to local injection or even outpt surgery.
