Not typically: Motion sickness is usually related to inner ear problems and should be evaluated by an ear nose and throat specialist. Car sickness has been related to risk of migraine headaches.

Limits it: Motion sickness is usually due to a discoordination between visual imagery and the motion of the vestibular balance mechanism in the ear. Blurry vision might in fact attentuate this somewhat, but would not in itself be causative.
