Vestibular system: In the ear there are fluid filled canals the sense motion. In motion they sense movement while the eye don't this causes motion sickness.

Vestibulatr dysfunct: It may be affecting the vestibular system or the cochlea. One should consult an ENT if it severe. Anxiety makes the symptoms worse.
