Headache aura?: Your symptoms are suggestive of headache aura from migraines. But as far as "fluid not draining properly" from the inner ear..not sure where you're getting that idea....are you thinking you have elevated perilymph volumes or pressures in the cochlea? If so, then, yes that could cause headaches &amp; balance problems. Or, you may just have migraine aura, as millions do with normal inner ear drainage.

Vitreous detachment : Sudden onset of flashing in one eye can be a sign of the vitreous jelly pulling away from the back of the eye known as vitreous detachment. Sounds like there is no loss of vision now but on occasion there can also be associated retinal detachment which can lead to a loss of vision and requires intervention. See your eye care professional and plan on having your eyes dilated for examination.

Sty: Has the sty resolved?  The blurry vision should resolve with time.  If it does not you need an exam.  A sty typically will not cause blurred vision, except possibly while it is present or draining.

Probably coincidence: It is most probably coincidence that you saw the ophthalmologist after you got heating oil in eye and got diagnosed with focal maculopathy.

Ocular Migraine : These are called scintillating schotomas- part of the ocular migraine or ophthalmic (also called ocular) migraine.  Patients have spasms of the arteries at supply the eye and get these symptoms. Temporary loss of blood flow causes temporary sight loss.  If it persists or interferes with daily activities then go to your primary care doctor for an exam and treatment.

: A faint by definition is when the blood drains from your standing upper body to your lower body causing such symptoms. It does not happen when supine/prone. Lightheadedness is a symptom common to several conditions and only a proper evaluation could suggest a cause.

Left sided pain: This could be associated with internal organs such as your colon or  your urinary system . However i would expect you would have other symptoms such as constipation, diarrhea or urinary symptoms.Sometimes a burning sensation  on the skin in that area may be associated  with herpes zoster or shingles. If it persists i would have a physician do an examination.

NO, however...: MDMA has a half-life of 7-9 hours. The "high" generally lasts 4-8 hours; every trace is eliminated within 2 days so there is no way you could feel side effects like heat sickness several days later. However, effects on one's psyche can persist long after. While many have positive experiences it can have serious side effects. I advise caution; much that is sold as Ecstasy is impure or another drug.
