Ocular Migraine : These are called scintillating schotomas- part of the ocular migraine or ophthalmic (also called ocular) migraine. Patients have spasms of the arteries at supply the eye and get these symptoms. Temporary loss of blood flow causes temporary sight loss. If it persists or interferes with daily activities then go to your primary care doctor for an exam and treatment.

Get checked: Your profile suggests some eye and vision problems already, so you likely gave an ophthalmologist following you. If not, see one. I would be concerned that such specific areas of abnormal vision could relate to retinal problems. Quadrant vision loss and change can also occur with certain strokes. Best to get thorough history and dilated eye exam.
