Heat exhaustion: If you are under the sun for a long time, you may get dehydrated, hence your heart rate can go up, may feel dizzy, and can have blurred vision.

Anytime I do any type of physical activity, even just walking to the kitchen, I get extremely dizzy. I don't get up too fast. I have enough fluid intake. My heart seems to beat out of my chest at night time. When I get dizzy, my vision gets spots in it.
