Headache aura?: Your symptoms are suggestive of headache aura from migraines. But as far as "fluid not draining properly" from the inner ear..not sure where you're getting that idea....are you thinking you have elevated perilymph volumes or pressures in the cochlea? If so, then, yes that could cause headaches & balance problems. Or, you may just have migraine aura, as millions do with normal inner ear drainage.
