NO, however...: MDMA has a half-life of 7-9 hours. The "high" generally lasts 4-8 hours; every trace is eliminated within 2 days so there is no way you could feel side effects like heat sickness several days later. However, effects on one's psyche can persist long after. While many have positive experiences it can have serious side effects. I advise caution; much that is sold as Ecstasy is impure or another drug.
