The fine grind makes absorption quick, and spikes your blood sugar which increases Insulin and promotes weight gain. Good fats such as olive oil and coconut oil are fine in sensible amounts. Eat a rainbow of organic vegetables and 3-4 oz protein with each meal.

Misinformation: Whey protein does not help reduce fat itself. Any diet higher in protein and lower in fat will result in fat loss and with exercise muscle mass gain. Whey protein is a by product of cheese, so if you are lactose intolerant you can may have symptoms that include gas, bloating, cramps, tiredness, weakness, fatigue, headaches, and irritability.

: Increases in liver enzymes are often from fatty liver as a consequence of overeating,  high triglycerides or cholesterol, or excessive alcohol intake. There are other reasons for increased liver enzymes such as viruses, medications, or other diseases. Most likely you are overweight and had a high-calorie intake. Please speak to your doctor.

Weight/fat loss: Eat healthfully. Try to eat at least 5 servings of vegetables &amp; 4 of fruit per day. Increase nutritional fiber. Avoid refined sugar &amp; junk carbohydrates.  Avoid alcohol, sweetened juices, soda &amp; caffeinated beverages.  Aim for 7.5 to 8 hrs of sleep / night. Hydrate w at least 64 oz of water / day. Calories burned must &gt; calories consumed.  Do both cardio &amp; weight training.

Visceral fat: Reduce animal fat in your diet. Otherwise, start aerobic work out. If you do it on treadmill, make sure you bring your heart rate to the fat burning mode level. Do it no less than 30 minutes a day, no less than 5 x/week. Avoid unhealthy calories - sweets, fast food, soft drinks. Push 0 calorie foods - veggies. Add fruit and plenty of water.

Visceral fat: Visceral fat is associated with Insulin resistance.  Insulin resistance is associated with a number of "hormone imbalances" including polycystic ovarian syndrome.
