Exercise: Nothing out of a bottle or off a plate is going to help you lose fat. This happens when, and only when, we start thinking of food as fuel rather than as comfort or entertainment, and exerise as both a pleasure and a duty. Reacquire your tastes for fruits and vegetables and lean protein. The more that a person searches for magic, the less likely they are to make any real health adjustments.
