Vaginal veins.: Vaginal veins are actually quite common during pregnancy and tend to worsen as the duration of the pregnancy increases.  They can be due to back flow (reflux) either through the ovarian, hypogastric or saphenous veins.  Once the pregnancy is over, the veins usually resolve.  During pregnancy, support panty hose and leg elevation may help.  After delivery, see a vein specialist.

VV and pregnancy: Varicose veins in the legs and vaginal varicose veins are very common during pregnancy. These veins enlarge due to the pressure of the uterus on the intra abdominal veins causing the leg veins to enlarge.  Local care for vaginal veins with wet warm compresses may help.  If these is a clotted painful vein, it can be drained under local anesthesia.  See a vein specialist.

Yes: Vaginal varices  can itch but often are also associated with labial varices which also can cause irritation and itching.  Do not forget, however, that vaginal itching is more commonly associated with vaginal infections or fungal skin infections, sometimes with urinary tract infections.  I would recommend you see your doctor before assuming that the cause of itching is from the varices.

Possible: You may have vericocele  ( vericose veins of spermatic cord , veins will extend to the top part of testicle- squishy thing you are fealing,  see your doctor.

Physical Therapy: Physical therapy will not really be helpful. Compression can help, sclerotherapy may help or vein stripping surgery.
