Physical Therapy: Physical therapy will not really be helpful. Compression can help, sclerotherapy may help or vein stripping surgery.

Does: Not exist. As conservative measures: elevation and compression. To close or remove them is not an easy choice but help is available if you log in to my website www.Gorenveincenter.Com.

Not effective.: Physiotherapy is not an effective treatment for varicose veins. The gold standard for varicose vein treatment is a venous ultrasound to look for malfunctioning valves and then treatment of them with a closure procedure and either microphlebectomies or sclerotherapy.
