Yes: Vaginal varices can itch but often are also associated with labial varices which also can cause irritation and itching. Do not forget, however, that vaginal itching is more commonly associated with vaginal infections or fungal skin infections, sometimes with urinary tract infections. I would recommend you see your doctor before assuming that the cause of itching is from the varices.

Yes: One of the symptoms of varicose veins regardless of the location is itching. This is probably due to stretching of the skin over the varicose vein leading to dryness and irritation. Other vv symptoms include aching, cramping, heaviness, swelling and occasionally pain. Vaginal varicosities may be due to either saphenous vein reflux or more commonly pelvic vein reflux. See a vein specialist.

Absolutely: Vaginal varicose veins, more commonly referred to as labial or vulvar varicosities, occur fairly commonly. They are most common during pregnancy but can persist after. They also can be secondary to ovarian vein reflux or pelvic venous congestion. Common symptoms include itching, throbbing, achiness, pain, burning, or pain during sex. There are treatment options available, so seek a vein doctor.

Yes,: they can itch or be otherwise uncomfortable. Vaginal and vulvar varicose veins usually respond very well to sclerotherapy which is relatively easy to do.
