Need more info: Blood in urine always needs to be investigated to rule out stones or tumor. Other symptoms are vague and do not point to a particular diagnosis. It would be prudent to see a doctor for an in-person evaluation.

i have symptoms of muscle cramping and pain all over my body. i had a random urine test done and my albumin levels were just over 300 mg/l and my creatinine levels are 600 mg/dl. is this macroalbuminuria and would it be causing my symptoms?

: If the numbers, especially the units, you gave are accurate, you only have mild microalbuminuria (50 mg/g) and that has nothing to do with pain and muscle cramp. However, a systemic disease with those symptoms, e.g. statin induced rhabdomyolysis, can cause mild microalbuminuria. You need more tests than just this urine result for the definite diagnosis.

i have symptoms of muscle cramping and tetany all over my body. i had a random urine test done and my albumin levels were just over 310 mg/l., normal level is 30 mg/l or less. can this loss of protein be causing these symptoms?

: If all of this is new and you are not a diabetic with known kidney disease, you should go to the ER or see your doctor right away.  Dehydration is the usual cause of cramping, and spilling that much albumin in your urine will dehydrate you, but you may also have rhabdomyolysis, where a breakdown of muscle tissue releases myoglobin into your blood which can cause acute irreversible kidney damage.

i had a random urine test , normal level of albumin is under 30 mg/l, i had 310 mg/l of albumin in my urine. i have symptoms of muscle cramping and tetany all over my body. can the protein loss in my urine be causing these symptoms?

: Usually, albumin in the urine is expressed as mg albumin/mg creatinine. More than 30 is abnormal.  It looks like your urine albumin is high. You need to see your doctor. The "protein loss" by itself is not a problem but the underlying cause could be.  Diabetes and hypertension are certainly potential causes, along with many other kidney diseases.

: I assume you don't have chronic kidney disease.  Muscle cramping can occur with low ionized calcium. High urinary calcium levels are usually seen with high serum calcium levels. An endocrinologist is best to sort out this pattern for you.

Yes: See a urologist for another opinion. Urinary infections are rare in a maie but other infections such as prostatitis or stds are possible.

Abnormal urinalysis: Leukocytes, nitrates and bacteria in urine with dysuria will indicate urinary infection and usually treated with antibiotics.

No: Baclofen does not show up on the standard urine tests. It is not a controlled drug, therefore would not be tested for.

Not of concern: The finding you mentioned is not a cause for concern.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine, if you are under 27 years of age.
