today as i was siting, my left side of myhead twitch for a couple of seconds.  it felt as if my brain had a spasm.  it scared me.  what could this be?

A muscle twitch: This is most likely a suuperficial muscle on your head that was twitching or in spasm. It can feel like it is inside your skull or your brain itself because of the way your nerves run.  It is very normal and likely due to stress of some sort.  You cannot actually feel your brain at all and you would have much different symptoms if there were in fact a problem with your brain.

does brain tumor symptom one side localized body twitching and cramps or full body twitching and cramps? when to worry and get a scan to rule it out.

Sometimes.: Any new seizure-like symptoms (muscle twitching, body shaking, muscle cramping) should be evaluated by your physician.  The symptoms are not necessarily a brain tumor.  There are many other causes of these symptoms.  But, see your doctor for an evaluation.  Your doctor might order a scan.

emg test normal, first mri of brain normal, twitching on both sides of head in the "temporal muscle area" going for 2nd mri, would mra be better off?

Depends: if MRI was ok, why 2nd? see no reason for MRA with history of twitching.

Nothing to do with B: Muscles often twitch when people are tired, anxious and often for no clear reason. But they have no relationship with having a brain tumor. So you can relax. Brain tumors are generally silent till they get to a size which causes pressure symptoms like headaches, nausea and occasionally a seizure. Unless you had such symptoms you should not be thinking about Brain tumor

what do you do if you have a bad side effect to anti depressant and or antianxiety drug like nerve twitching arm goes numb brain zaps memory loss etc?

Speak with doctor: If you have any side effects to a new medication, call your treating physician for a follow up appointment.  This situation cannot usually be well done over the phone, and warrants some time to determine exactly what is going on and what to do about it.

Posting again?: I may be wrong, but it seems you keep posting the same basic question over and over. If this is true, you need to be personally examined by a physician and not rely on internet searches or websites to attempt to diagnose your symptoms. I wish it were that easy. Merely listing a symptom or two is insufficient to arrive at an accurate diagnosis.

does a constant twitch in left eye +headache mean possible reoccurrence of brain tumor? i have a history of tumor in right occipital lobe.

It is not but: it is not but with your history I will be worried. If I am in your shoes I will definitely see my neurologist or my PCP for a peace of mind

whenever i get really angry/frustrated my head twitches left or right multiple times and then sometimes i may scream once or twice. lasts around 5 to 6 minutes.am i losing my mind or do i have some mild form of tourettes?i can go weeks without this?

: Wouldn't call it that or use it as an excuse. The kids afflicted by this variable disorder emerge with symptoms as early as 4-6 and are fully involved before the teen years. I would certainly get evaluated. A few months learning stress management skills may get you into a better setting.

what does "small hyperintense focus in white matter of left parietal lobe" mean?  i had insomnia and slight head and finger twitches and thus got it done. i am only 24 years old.

Nonspecific: Could be due to prior injury, could represent either vascular or inflammatory lesion, could even be due to infection.  The clinical correlation really needs direct discussion with the doctor who ordered the study.

what causes numbness in tip of ring finger & 4th toe on same side of body. intermittent burning pain in arms and also occasional finger tremor/twitches. allll blood work clear, brain & spine mri clear and clean emg. ana 1:640 but clear blood work too?

: You have had a thorough work-up and current symptoms are not life threatening or debilitating so you just have to watch those symptoms for now, do not worry too much.
