Sometimes.: Any new seizure-like symptoms (muscle twitching, body shaking, muscle cramping) should be evaluated by your physician. The symptoms are not necessarily a brain tumor. There are many other causes of these symptoms. But, see your doctor for an evaluation. Your doctor might order a scan.
