Sometimes.: Any new seizure-like symptoms (muscle twitching, body shaking, muscle cramping) should be evaluated by your physician. The symptoms are not necessarily a brain tumor. There are many other causes of these symptoms. But, see your doctor for an evaluation. Your doctor might order a scan.

It depends: Cramps and twitching are not typical symptoms of a brain tumor. See you pcp for a general exam and evaluation to determine possible causes.
