Posting again?: I may be wrong, but it seems you keep posting the same basic question over and over. If this is true, you need to be personally examined by a physician and not rely on internet searches or websites to attempt to diagnose your symptoms. I wish it were that easy. Merely listing a symptom or two is insufficient to arrive at an accurate diagnosis.

Technically yes: Whether a brain tumor explains twitching in the perioral area depends on where the brain tumor is. If it is on one side of the brain, probably not the explanation, but request evaluation by neurologist or neuro-oncologist for them to discuss and check for other possible explanations as there could be many.
