Most likely not: More than likely a muscle in your neck was stuck in one position for too long causing some focal cramps or twitchs. Typically should be short lasting and resolve with some warm packs, anti inflammatory, or a good nights rest.

22/m/190lbs have twitching in neck when i do a posture also in my face , weak left hand and left leg can it be als it does not run in family , ?

Very concerning: You are very young to have something like ALS. It would still be wise for you to see a Neurologist to evaluate the twitching. This might involve an MRI, EMG and possibly even EEG testing. The weakness should be thoroughly worked up including detailed history to understand what posture you are doing that may exacerbate this or if there is another cause compressing your spinal cord. Spasm: It could spasm initiated from the face down to the neck and the upper back. Apply heat and take Ibuprofen, you should be OK

Stress Relievers: Get a hobby!  what do you like to do? Read, fish, walk or watch sports?  Spend at least 45 minutes a day concentrating on you to help you relieve your stress.  Drink plenty of water and exercise at least 20 min a day.  In addition, see if you can resolve where the stress is coming from in your life.  Is it a toxic relationship, too many hours at work, relationship issues?

Probably......: If you are young....More than likely just a tic or spasm in your sternomastoid muscle just behind or over the carotid.  Have some one look at your neck and make sure it is not "pulsating".  If it is not, then probably nothing to worry about.

Hypoperfusion: Twisting your neck can cause kinking of your vertebral arteries and brief decrease in blood flow in the posterior circulation - in other words your brain does not get enough blood. You should avoid doing this, since this can rupture the blood vessel and cause you to have a stroke.

Prevention is the: Best approach. Aim for daily exercise, 8 hours of sleep per night ; good nutrition with 5 servings of veggies ; 4 of fruit per day. Try tai chi, yoga, qi gong, progressive muscle relaxation, deep breathing exercises ; meditation.

Most likely yes: Muscle twitching in general does not indicate any serious ailment unless there are other associated symptoms or signs (i.e. weakness, loss of sensation, etc).  If these symptoms persist and are bothersome, I would recommend that you seek the consultation of a neurologist.
