Stress Relievers: Get a hobby! what do you like to do? Read, fish, walk or watch sports? Spend at least 45 minutes a day concentrating on you to help you relieve your stress. Drink plenty of water and exercise at least 20 min a day. In addition, see if you can resolve where the stress is coming from in your life. Is it a toxic relationship, too many hours at work, relationship issues?
