Parkinsons: Majority cases of Parkinson disease are isolated/sporadic. 20-25% patients may have atleast one first degree relative with PD. So your risk may not be very high but you should still see your doctor as the symptoms are occurring repetitively.

: Tremors are a common side effect of gabapentin.  If this started after you initiated gabapentin or increased it, this could be the cause. I would first speak to the prescribing doc about this to get guidance on your next step. Another possibility is fasciculations that can arise from fatigue, poor sleep and/or excessive caffeine intake.

No, but: Dehyration lower/doesn't raise BP but is often/usually associated with an electrolyte imbalance (low sodium, potassium, magnesium - in particular). Those could easily be causing your symptoms. A simple blood test could nail the diagnosis within 24 hours.
