Good: For zen is generally considered close set to fresh picked. Often  or "fresh" produce we picked weeks ago.

Not yet!: Technically hair coloring is a topical solution but even as we begin to crack the secrets of cellular aging we've learned very little about loss of hair pigment . A better solution revolves around self image and how you truly appear to others. Don't underestimate the attraction to intelligent, strong, fit, wise, &amp; distinguished appearing men. For many, lack of at least some grey is a deal breaker.

Whole food vitamin : I like whole food vitamins that give you the equivalent of several servings of fruits and veggies. Good healthy foods should be presented with no ability to "place order"  ( unless allergies ).  Limit drinks as kids can fill up on milk and juice and not experience hunger. Make a healthy smoothie at home if needed. Find high calorie nutrient dense foods so do not need large quantity to be consumed.

Get some variety: You could survive on nutritional drinks, but you can also make your own protein smoothies that are less sugary.  These would also contain non-processed nutrients. Coconut or almond milk are good bases, with whey or pea protein powder that you can add frozen kale or berries to, etc.  Also ground flax or chia seeds.  There are also prepared drinks that are more nutritious than ensure.

There is no evidence to support the use of these supplements to "boost" your performance.  Don't waste your money.  Instead consult with a nutritionist to develop a proper balanced diet.

Depends on ripeness: Mature, "dry" coconuts have high fat content, a crunchy white pulp that can be made into coconut milk. It is abundant in medium-chain fatty acids. Young green "water" coconuts have a transparent, sweet jelly pulp and less fat, and a sterile liquid with electrolytes of similar concentration to human blood. This was used to rehydrate some soldiers during ww2 in the pacific, by intravenous infusion!
