Why prp : I don't believe prp is FDA approved for this type of injury. Please ask you doctor.  Capsule injury usually heal after 21 days of immobilization

LI will explian: Simple broken toe usually it takes 6-8 weeks to heel .Uncomplicated medial collateral ligament also take that much.
The joint capsule take the same  time.

See below: Assuming there is no infection or damage to the nail bed &amp; root, it should start growing in a few days. However, you may not see anything for a couple weeks. It will take several weeks to a few months for it to grow back entirely if the entire nail is gone.

Gout : Gout is a form of recurrent arthritis. It most commonly causes pain  at the base of the big toe and can lead to hot, tender, red and swollen joints.  It is caused by increased uric acid levels in the blood. If you think you may have gout, please get evaluated. If you do have gout it is often treated with things like Colchicine or steroids. In the meantime you can try non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medications like motrin.

See your doctor ASAP: See your doctor asap or go to er if you can't get in to see your doctor. The tissue may need to be lanced to let puss out, and you may need a tetanus shot if it's not up to date. Antibiotics may need to be prescribed.

torn ligaments: Heat does not help reduce swelling in an injury - it will cause more swelling.   Your best course of action is to see your podiatrist for further care and what to and not to do.
