How long should i plan on being in a boot for a torn metatarsal ligament due to trauma between first and second lesser toes.

Weeks: Ligaments need 3-4 weeks to heal and scar in place. Although some people may heal quicker or slower, 3-4 weeks tends to be the average. Hope that helps!

Expect: Time frame of approx 4 weeks and should have compression on it too. The less motion to the joints the quicker it heals.
