i have a torn rotator cuff in my right shoulder. i've dealt with the pain since iwas 14 now i'm 29 andit'sunbearable... how can i relieve the pain?

Trust the orthopod : Surgery is probably the best treatment option for chronic unbearable shoulder pain with history of a torn cuff persisting from adolescence into adulthood. Conservative therapy at this stage will more likely be futile as it would only treat the symptoms. Surgery can treat the cause.  Most people are afraid of surgery until they are fixed.

fell at work.  landed on my knees and left arm.  already have torn rotator cuff in right arm.  now left shoulder extremely tender, any suggestions?

Please go to ED: If you fell and hurt left shoulder  so badly, you wanna make sure you did not fracture your shoulder bone or ligament tear. I would suggest you to go to ed.

Depends: The rotator cuff is made up of 4 shoulder muscles and there tendons. Partial tears can result in pain, mild loss of motion and  some weakness. Complete tears, especially if 2 or more muscles are involved, can cause significant pain, weakness and limited motion. Typically unable to lift arm beyond the horizontal.

Yes: Certain portions of the shoulder motion come from different muscles not included in the rotator cuff.  All of the rotator cuff muscles may not be torn either and therefore you can still get motion and strength from them.

my shoulder randomly makes "grinding" noises following surgery for a torn rotator cuff and frozen shoulder (6 months ago). should i be concerned?

Shoulder issue: Grinding noise is a non-specific symptom and may not be anything to worry about, but it may be part of a bigger picture that may need attention. It all depends on your recovery. If your pain is improving and function is slowly getting better, then you may need to watch it and consult your doc if other symptoms are present or recovery halts.

i have a sharp pain at the bottom of my shoulder when i reach behind me. otherwise no pain at all. could this be a torn rotator cuff?  home remedy?

Not typical: Not typically the described symptoms or findings of torn rotator cuff. I am not aware of any home remedies, seek care with orthopedic surgeon.

Possibly related: Questioner asks if rotator cuff ; acromialclavicular (ac) joint injuries are related. These are two separate injuries of contiguous tissues. Significant mechanical trauma can cause injury to both structures, but not common. Ac joint separation observed grossly as superior projection of distal clavicle relative to acromion ; palpation of ac joint is painful. Mri necessary to visualize rotator tear.

my shoulder has been hurting in the deltoid region and am fairly sure it's a torn rotator cuff. now my 2 little fingers are numb at night, any advice?

See medical provider: Pain in the deltoid region is a common symptom of shoulder problems.  This could be shoulder bursitis, tendonitis, rotator cuff injury or cartilage damage.
The 2 little fingers tingling at night is likely  your ulnar nerve irritated behind the elbow called cubital tunnel syndrome.
You should see a medical provider for evaluation.  You may benefit from a shoulder MRI and an EMG (nerve study).
