See medical provider: Pain in the deltoid region is a common symptom of shoulder problems. This could be shoulder bursitis, tendonitis, rotator cuff injury or cartilage damage. The 2 little fingers tingling at night is likely your ulnar nerve irritated behind the elbow called cubital tunnel syndrome. You should see a medical provider for evaluation. You may benefit from a shoulder MRI and an EMG (nerve study).
