No: The reason for this rubbing is that you do not have enough space for the wisdom tooth  to be in a normal, functioning position.  Extraction is indicated.  Talk to your dentist or an oral. Surgeon about this.

Why do you want to save them rather than have them removed?  Again,  treating and retaining wisdom teeth is something you should discuss with your dentist.

The breakdown of the blood clot that naturally forms after the removal of teeth can lead to an increase in pain. It can happen after any tooth removal, but is most common after the removal of lower wisdom teeth, not uppers. Tobacco is the most important thing to avoid, plus good oral cleaning after.

Wisdom teeth: That is a decision to be made by your General Dentist or specialist Oral Surgeon. Generally, wisdom teeth are removed if they are involved in a pathologic situation such as damage to the surrounding hard or soft tissues, bite problem, decayed/broken/infected tooth, etc. Sometimes when 1 tooth is removed the opposing tooth over-erupts creating bite problems. Talk this over with your surgeon.

Wisdom teeth: You will need to see a dentist who along with visually looking into your mouth at your wisdom teeth, will take some x-rays to determine the development of the teeth and whether or not they can come in completely, come in straight and not cause problems. Also have your lower wisdom teeth evaluated in the same way as the lowers are generally more problematic.
