Wisdom teeth: Depends on why they are loose. This is something that needs to be diagnosed and evaluated by your dentist. Why do you want to save them rather than have them removed? Again, treating and retaining wisdom teeth is something you should discuss with your dentist.

Eval with a dentist: The teeth need to be looked at and evaluated to see the reason for them feeling loose. One cause could be periodontal; disease and it is best to get the teeth looked at to see what the best treatment for you would be.

Depends: Depending of the cause of the looseness , if it periodontal meaning the gums and tissues around are inflamed then it can be treated if its not advanced, if the reason of loose wisdoms is not enough room for them then its best to have them taken out, not to damages the alignment of the other teeth in the arch, you dentist would be able to examine you and determine the cause of the loose wisdom teeth.

No: Whatever the reason for loose wisdom teeth, prognosis not good. At your age, likely severe periodontal disease. For best results, see board certified oral surgeon for exam/recommendations.
