See your dentist: Pain, bleeding and swelling following wisdom tooth extraction is usually at its worst 24 – 48 hours after surgery, after that it should subside stop. If bleeding persists for 6 days, it requires attention and you should call your dentist or an oral surgeon for follow up appointment.

Same thing: Same thing that would happen if you use recreational cocaine at any other time, it will do damage to your body and may eventually kill you. Codeine, however, in prescription medication, may help you feel better if you are still sore. However if you are still sore, return to the Surgeon for reevaluation.
