Yes: Yes, typically you have to be on a hormone regimen specifically for your transgender choice, and then you can get the surgery.  Prior to getting the hormones, you have to have a release signed by a mental health professional you have counseled with.

i'm having double incision ftm top surgery done and was wondering if regional anesthesia is a viable option for that?

Maybe: A long incision may be difficult to completely cover with regional anesthesia.  Discuss the option with the anesthesiologist doing the blocks or epidural  to see if it is a viable for you.

 i would be very doubtful that this would be covered by insurance. Normally, you need to have been through therapy and have been psychologically evaluated before consideration is given for sex reassignment surgery.

Need to change diet: with less carbs and gluten and possible food allergies that may be kept introduced in your diet that exercising may not address.Work with your doctor on monitoring you as you lose weight and make sure you are on a healthy, organic, diet full of veges and fruits that you're not allergic too, and less carbs (NOT no carbs),processed or fried foods. Hydrate well and make sure you are eliminating well.

Plastic Surgery: Unfortunately excess skin that occur after weight loss may need plastic surgery to contour the body.

Needs therapy: Usually needs aggressive physical therapy to improve

Probably: 24 hours is not very long post op.  As long as it is intermittent and there is no pus, increasing redness or swelling, I would give it another day or two.  If symptoms persist or worsen over and past the 48-72 post op hour mark, call the hand surgeon.

Of course!: Orthognathic surgery, or correct jaw surgery, is commonly done on both the top jaw, maxilla, and bottom jaw, mandible, during the same operation.  Your local board certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon should be able to evaluate whether or not you are such a candidate.

i am taking hydrocortisol after cushing suregery 15 ml i the morning and 10 ml in afternoon. why i have headache on top of head? crushing surgery

Headache and Cushing: Talk to your neurosurgeon, after CNS surgery you may have a complication like CSF leak or infection.
