Need to change diet: with less carbs and gluten and possible food allergies that may be kept introduced in your diet that exercising may not address.Work with your doctor on monitoring you as you lose weight and make sure you are on a healthy, organic, diet full of veges and fruits that you're not allergic too, and less carbs (NOT no carbs),processed or fried foods. Hydrate well and make sure you are eliminating well.
