Of course!: Orthognathic surgery, or correct jaw surgery, is commonly done on both the top jaw, maxilla, and bottom jaw, mandible, during the same operation. Your local board certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon should be able to evaluate whether or not you are such a candidate.
