Healing: A raised bony callus generally forms when bones are healing. However, if you do have a concern about something being abnormal i would ask your doctor.

Osteomyelitis: Is an infection in the bone. If you are able to see pus coming from bone, i think you should be in the hospital being treated. Pus from bone needs to be drained properly. You should be on antibiotics as well. This is a serious problem which may require bone to be removed.

Holy Mole-y: Hormones can effect the appearance of moles. In most cases menopause will tend to fade or decrease the presence of a mole. Whenever a mole has a noticeable change, including color, it would be best to have it examined by a specialist. Dermatologists are usually able to make a determination of the mole's status and suggest treatment options.

my 7-year old has bumps on booth foot bone (looks like first metatarsal, at the top) and it hurts when we lace up shoes too tight. what could it be?

Depends: If the bump is hard usually is a deformity of the underlying bone. If it is soft it may represent a cyst like a ganglion. Since it is on both sides it probably is a congenital anomaly. See an orthopedic surgeon or podiatrist for an evaluation.

May be a nerve: I would be more concerned about dragging the foot than pain. If you are having weakness then you may have a nerve problem in the leg or possibly even from the low back. It sounds like you need a better work up. I would discuss a consult to a physiatrist or neurologist. If the work up leads towards an intrinsic foot problem then you may be better served by a podiatrist.
